How can I pay for my shirts?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. If you do not have a credit card, please contact sales@ravelwear.com for alternate arrangements.

Will my credit card information be secure?
Yes. All of our orders are processed through PayPal. PayPal uses 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure your information remains safe.

Do I need a PayPal account to buy your shirts?
No. PayPal acts as a clearing house for all transactions on our website. You will submit all of your payment information to PayPal’s site, but you are not required to sign up for a PayPal account. Please note, on your account and order information, it will show “PayPal” as your method of payment. This will be the case no matter which payment method you choose.

Paypal doesn’t offer service in my country. Do you have other methods for payment?
Currently, all of our orders are processed through PayPal. However, alternate arrangements can be made by emailing sales@ravelwear.com.

Do you accept foreign currencies?
Yes. All of our prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. However, once you get to your shopping cart (before checkout), you can convert the prices into either U.S. Dollars, Euros, British Pounds, or Japanese Yen.

How long will it take for me to get my shirts?
This depends on your shipping method. Currently, we offer Canada Post Regular Parcel (3-5 days), Canada Post Expedited (2-3 days), and Canada Post Xpresspost (1 day). U.S. orders generally take 3-5 days (Xpresspost USA), or 6-12 days
(Expedited Parcel USA). International orders can take up to 4 weeks.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. Unworn, unwashed shirts can be returned with 14 days of purchase. We can refund the cost of your shirt, but not the cost of shipping. Please email sales@ravelwear.com if you wish to return your shirt.

I have an idea for a shirt. Can I send it to you?
Sure!! We are always looking for new ideas for our shirts. Please send your ideas to ideas@ravelwear.com.
